It takes about 4-6 weeks to establish a guarantee company. Since the company registration office will review each case, each case is different.
Generally speaking, the purpose of establishing a guaranteed company (Limited by guarantee) includes the promotion of education and training (such as associations or guilds, etc.), religion, support, environmental protection and conservation, trust or public welfare funds, social welfare, etc. Some of the insurance companies are "non-profit organizations or groups" ("NGO").

When the day the insurance company is officially registered, the company can submit documents to the Hong Kong Taxation Bureau to apply for recognition as a charitable charitable institution (exemption from non-profit institutions or Section 88 of the Tax Ordinance). If approved, the company can exempt the income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Hong Kong Taxation Bureau will take six to twelve months to review and approve the application of a charitable organization.
