New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme Required Documents

Applicants for the New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme must employ a certified public accountant as defined in the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council Ordinance (Chapter 588 of the Laws of Hong Kong) at their own expense to assist in certifying that the applicant meets the net asset requirements, investment requirements and investment management requirements.
