Procedure for setting up a British Virgin Islands (BVI) company

Preliminary preparation

  • Determine the company name: You must comply with relevant naming rules, provide 2-3 company names, and self-declare the name.
  • Clarify the business scope: Based on the company's actual business planning, accurately define the business scope. Some special industries may require prior approval.
  • Clearly specify the registered capital and equity ratio.
  • The registered capital is US$50,000 (paid). No actual capital verification is required and the registered capital does not need to be in place.
