Application Materials List:

– The legal representative, director, and supervisor are Hong Kong natural persons and provide scanned copies of the front and back of Hong Kong and Macao passports, mainland mobile phone numbers, and contact addresses; foreign natural persons provide passport pages and visa pages that have been confirmed by the Chinese immigration administration department for entry procedures, scanned copies, and proof of residence in the Mainland (property certificate or lease contract)

– If the company’s legal representative, directors, supervisors and other senior managers are Hong Kong natural persons, a scanned copy of the ID card and contact number of a registered liaison officer in Mainland China must be provided

– If the shareholder is a Hong Kong and Macao enterprise, provide the original notarized copy of the business registration certificate and a copy of the front and back of the director’s Hong Kong ID card

– Articles of Association (complete with signature and seal)

– Shareholders’ meeting resolution (complete with signatures and seals)

- Letter of commitment (complete with signature and seal)

– Proof of registered address: If you use self-owned property, you should present the property ownership certificate; if you use non-self-owned property, the proof of use is the owner’s property ownership certificate (copy) and house rental agreement (copy); if there is no address proof, our company can provide address rental services.

Real-name authentication
The legal representative, directors, supervisors and other senior management personnel of the enterprise must register and verify their real names through Alipay.

After receiving the approval notice from the Industry and Commerce Department, the applicant can choose to receive the original and duplicate business license by mail or in person at the Government Service Hall. When receiving the license, the applicant must present a valid ID and sign for confirmation.

8. Seal engraving: company seal, financial seal, legal person seal, invoice seal, etc., you need to provide the original copy of the business license, the original and copy of the legal representative's ID card, and there will be a seal registration certificate after the seal is engraving.
